Import-Export-Customs (IEC) Administrator ( Job Number: 339947 ) Description About the role: In this role, you are responsible for managing all import, export and customs-related activities within the Supply Center. You ensure that shipments move efficiently across borders while fully complying with customs regulations and internal procedures. You act as a key link between warehouse operations, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders. Accuracy is essential — your work directly impacts compliance, costs, and the continuity of the operation. Tasks & responsibilities: - Managing and processing all import and export transactions - Preparing and verifying customs documentation and export paperwork - Ensuring compliance with EU and international trade regulations - Coordinating shipments with freight forwarders and internal teams - Monitoring transport costs and verifying invoices - Maintaining accurate administrative records of all transactions - Communicating with customs authorities, embassies, and external partners - Supporting urgent shipments, including occasional weekend or on-call activities - Reporting logistics data and maintaining relevant statistics...
