DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Presents self in courteous and professional manner to guests at all times. - Checks orders for accuracy prior to serving to ensure food items are as guests ordered (sides, extras, etc.). - Delivers food orders with appropriate garnishments. - Delivers food orders timely and, where multiple guests involved, at the same time. - Communicates important information to guests (example: hot plate) and servers (example: guest seeking drink from bar). - Responds to guests’ requests for condiments or other items. - Continually clears away dishes and debris from stations. - Has knowledge of table numbers and the physical layout of the restaurant to ensure prompt and proper service to guests. - Brings guests’ inquiries regarding food allergies to the Manager’s attention immediately. - Ensures station is suitable for serving and meets compan...
