About the team Group Finance sits at the heart of the organisation, supporting strong governance, high‑quality external reporting and informed decision‑making across a complex retail business. The Financial Reporting team has end‑to‑end accountability for all externally reported numbers, including the Annual Report and Interim Statement, and owns the Group accounting policies to ensure compliance with IFRS and best practice. The team works closely with senior finance leaders and the wider business, playing a key role in shaping and delivering change across Group Finance. More about the role: As Finance Manager – Group Reporting, you will be a key member of the Group Finance team, owning financial accounting for a portfolio of Group companies and specific technical accounting areas. You will support the preparation of consolidated Group results across periodic, half‑year and full‑year reporting cycles, working closely with the Head of Strategic Corporate Finance and Group Financial Reporting and the Head of Consolidation.
