Position Overview: NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Strategic Price Setting to lead our pricing team and drive innovative pricing strategies that maximize profitability and competitive advantage. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with deep pricing expertise and demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams. You will also play a critical role in advancing our pricing technology capabilities through hands-on leadership in software enhancement projects, including requirements discovery, design collaboration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment.
