Project Controls Manager

Job description

STV is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join our Project Controls Department in our Dallas, TX or major northern Texas offices. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing cost, schedule, risk, and performance controls for large‑scale, complex projects across multiple market sectors. The ideal candidate brings 10 years or more of project controls experience, a strong understanding of program and project delivery, and the ability to partner effectively with project managers, clients, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of project controls, including cost management, scheduling, forecasting, change management, and risk analysis across assigned projects Develop, maintain, and analyze project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Oversee development, maintenance, and review of detailed project schedules using industry‑standard scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6) Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and earned value methodologies, providing clear and actionable reporting to leadership and clien...
