Title: Customer Service Specialist, 1st Shift Req ID: 9356 City, State: Westfield, WI: Reports to: Customer Service Manager: Classification: Nonexempt: Work Arrangement: 80% onsite, 20% Remote JOB DESCRIPTION: Summary: The Customer Service Specialist is the front-line ambassador for our company, ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This position coordinates with various internal teams, and outside sales across the Foodservice and Business Development groups. All efforts necessary to support sales growth with existing and new customers. Essential Functions: Foodservice - Provides a flawless customer experience through collaboration with internal teams on order logistics, inventory updates, and maintaining multiple customer portals with accuracy. - Supports customers with accurate order processing and information about our products, pricing, lead times, and deliveries. - Establishes accurate and organized records of new or additional products, services and customer accounts. - Promotes customer satisfaction through fielding questions and concerns, ensuring that appropriate actions and follow-up are taken.
