Job Description Summary: Role Overview The Senior Manager, Senior Scientist, Analytical Chemistry is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading advanced analytical science to support food and beverage ingredient and product development and commercialization within a global R&D organization. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in analytical chemistry, providing technical leadership in complex molecular characterization, unknown identification, structural elucidation, and analytical problem solving. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in advanced analytical techniques and the ability to translate complex analytical data into actionable business insights. The Senior Manager works independently, leads investigations, and mentors a small team of professionals while contributing to the development of new analytical and digital capabilities across global R&D.
