Job Description Job Summary: Focuses on the alignment of strategic goals and organization objectives to the business project portfolio. Provides direct input into the governance cycle that supports the achievement of key goals, planning and execution of various business scenarios, and delivery of bottom-line business value. Project manages ideation projects. Under minimal to no supervision, partners with enterprise/solution/technical/security architects to deliver business architecture strategic artifacts needed for end-to-end solution architecture. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Partners in the strategic planning process by providing input to the scope definition of strategic initiatives leveraging capabilities, creating capability Heatmaps to provide visibility to impacts, dependencies, overlaps and opportunities. Key Deliverables include (but not limited to): Capability Models, Capability Heatmaps, Capability Maturity Assessments, Capability Impact Assessments, Capability Health Assessments & Capability Roadmaps. - Facilitates discussions with senior leaders to identify business capabilities in relation to current and future business strategic needs.
