Senior Director, Sustainability Operations Description -: The Senior Director, Sustainability Operations, will lead HP’s global sustainability execution across climate, carbon, forestry, responsible sourcing, supplier monitoring, and sustainability reporting. The role serves as a central integrator across HP’s value chain, driving strategy, governance, supplier engagement, and disclosure readiness to ensure progress against HP’s 2030 Sustainable Impact Goals and 2040 Net Zero climate ambition. The role balances ambition with execution, ensuring regulatory compliance, market access, and sustained sustainability leadership across HP’s global operations and supply base. Reporting to the Chief Sustainability Officer, this role leads a team of managers and experts. The position is placed within Enterprise Operations and partners closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Product Stewardship, R&D, Business Units, and external stakeholders. The position is a key member of the Global Product Compliance & Sustainable Impact (GPCSI) leadership team and acts as a trusted advisor to senior executives on sustainability risk, performance, and disclosure.
