Job Summary The Barista is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention toward each customer. Provides friendly and efficient service at all times. Job Activities: Customer Service: Has a thorough knowledge and understanding of all items listed on each menu including ingredients, preparation, and serving methods. Provides a speedy, efficient, and professional level of service at all times. Supports the seamless running of the restaurant by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and customer needs are anticipated. Department Responsibilities: Ensures that the barista section and surrounding areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. Assists with all wet stock deliveries and help transfer stock from one department to another. Attends meetings/training sessions as required by the management team. Is hands-on and present in the barista section at all times during service. Ensures that all service ware is properly cared for, cleaned, and prepared for every service.
