To be successful in this role you will need the following: The Metallurgy School‑to‑Work employee will support laboratory operations within the Corporate Metallurgy Lab. This role provides hands‑on exposure to engineering laboratory workflows, advanced inspection technologies, data handling, and safe laboratory practices. The position is designed for high school or college students (minimum age 16 per STW guidelines) who are exploring careers in engineering, materials science, or technical laboratory work.
