Senior Strategy Analyst

Job description

Owns specific projects o n strategic analysis, competitive research, and product/service evaluation. Derives key insights for FAS through competitive research. Inform division wide strategy and decision making by analyzing complex data, diagnosing business issues or opportunities , evaluating FAS 's strategy compared to our competitors, and uncovering ways to improve advisor and investor outcomes across business offerings. Responsibilities: Drive strong business outcomes through accurate , high impact, data-driven analyses, and is comfortable with ambiguity. Develop and manage effective working relationships with internal clients (primarily senior leaders) and key stakeholders/business partners. Create compelling storylines through which to deliver strategic, competitive, and product/offer analyses and recommendations to senior leaders. Provides direction and guidance to a team of strategy analysts aligned with each Vanguard line of business around key strategic topics and questions. Provides thought-leadership by identifying strategic topics and presenting compelling ideas for research evaluation to the Corporate Strategy organization.
