Here is a snapshot of the duties you can expect: SCOPE OF POSITION: Reporting directly to the Store Director and Assistant Store Manager, is responsible for coordinating day to day store operations during assigned shift. BASIC FUNCTION: Monitors day to day store operations/appearance and staffing, acts as first line of contact for general operational/supervisory concerns or emergencies that may arise. Addresses customer needs, wants and complains that need special attention/action. Promotes and maintains positive customer, community and employee relations and promotes team cooperation.
