Headquarters Support Deputy Team Lead The Opportunity: As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. As the Headquarters Support Team ( HST ) Deputy Team Lead, you’ll lead the Exercise Support Division and the HST headquarters. Your team will work with the government to plan and prepare up to five major training events annually. You will design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding your team. As an authority in the planning and execution of large-scale training events, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more.
