Role Specific Information Job Description: About the Role: As a Supervisor, Distribution Center, you will support retail operations by managing the day-to-day execution of merchandise processing through the Fulfillment Network. What You’ll Do: Manage the workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department supervisors Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity Align with business partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient service Ensure dynamic staffing to meet company goals Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals Monitor safety and accident incident reports to reduce lost time and ensure performance best practices Evaluate and track level of service and accuracy standards Lead direct reports to achieve unit goals Increase associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear vision Maintain open communication, set clear objectives and remove barriers Develop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedback Follow all company, state, local and OSHA safety rules, policies and regulations to promote a safe work environment; promptly report any potential violations to the appropriate supe...
