Case Manager, Acute Treatment Services (ATS) – 30 Hour Part Time Weekend Role Are you looking for meaningful part-time work in case management during the weekends? This role is ideal for candidates currently completing a graduate degree in a Social Work related field and looking to gain hands-on clinical experience. - Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM from Friday to Monday. You must be able to work this schedule every week. - Pay: $25/hr – $38/hr dependent on related experience, education, and licensure. Summary/Objective: The Case Manager is part of the clinical team providing care coordination and discharge planning for individuals receiving residential substance use treatment in Acute Treatment Services (ATS). This role supports clients in identifying needs, accessing services, and preparing for successful transition into the next level of care.
