Ideal for someone looking for their second role in a facilities team The purpose of the role is to… - Be the Mechanical Projects Engineer for all facility systems, services & infrastructure across this campus. - Technically own, monitor, manage and continually enhance the mechanical systems and infrastructure services on site. - Technically specify, manage and continually enhance the mechanical infrastructure on new & on-going projects & operations for all mechanical/HVAC systems and requirements for all buildings and areas on site. - Ensure all Projects & programmes within responsibility support requirements of ISO50001 Energy Management standard and document all project work to evidence compliance. - Technically own, monitor, manage and update all mechanical/HVAC and infrastructure drawings in Auto-CAD 2D, creating pdf versions for end users. - Working as part of the Facilities Programme Management team, Plan, orchestrate, and lead allocated Facilities Capital projects & cross-functional projects.
