About the Role: We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter with deep experience in the aerospace industry to help us scale. This is not a back-office role - we’re looking for someone who’s out in the world, building relationships, mapping talent markets, and pulling future teammates into our mission. Responsibilities: Hunt down top-tier engineering, manufacturing, and operations talent - wherever they are Lead outbound recruiting efforts for engineering, manufacturing, and technical operations roles Build and maintain pipelines of aerospace professionals across core disciplines (mechanical, GNC, avionics, manufacturing, test, systems) Engage top candidates with tailored outreach, personalized follow-up, and deep relationship-building Partner with hiring leads to define role requirements, align on candidate quality, and drive fast hiring decisions Represent Reflect Orbital at industry events, conferences, and in talent-facing forums...
