Product Specialist

Job description

To support our growth in the Control Rooms Business Unit , we are looking for a Product Specialist . You are responsible for supporting the organisation and the partners/customers with expert know-how on the Barco products through training, demos, or the development of sales tools that support the conversations throughout the sales journey. As the liaison between Sales and Product Management/Marketing, you collect key customers and user insights and feed them back to the product managers. Key responsibilities: - Have a deep understanding of how the product works and are able to present the value proposition to sales, partners, and customers. - As an expert in your products, you support both internal and external stakeholders in defining, preparing & communicating the best technical solution to our customers. - Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Training on the creation of training and marketing materials for internal and external use. - You are the technical lead and demonstrator for trade shows. - Support the sales teams in product demonstrations and answering technical questions of partners or customers during the pre-sales process. - Produce technical do...
