The Manager – Melt Technology will lead the Melt Technology team in Monroe Operations with responsibility to manage the team’s performance toward building and sustaining VIM, ESR, and VAR process compliance and driving departmental continuous improvement. Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned) - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing process engineering team.
