Come join our team as a Plumbing Foreman! The role of Plumber Foreman is critical is to lead and develop a small crew in the safe, timely, and quality installation and inspection of plumbing systems. RESPONSIBILITIES: First Time Quality: Manage Installation to Work Scope and Specifications - Efficiently manage first-time quality and code compliance through job site team as assigned by the job site Superintendent - Perform daily quality inspections per RTMC Quality Standards, create punch lists - Diligently track rework down to the individual contributor; individual training as required - Execute production plans and schedules under the direction of the Superintendent. Includes manpower and safety. - Manage the installation of Plumbing to the work scope, report piece rate and hourly to the Superintendent. - Efficiently utilize labor and material through planning and leadership.
