Position Status: Full time Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift (United States of America) Hours per week: 36 Medical Laboratory Technician Medical Laboratory Technicians perform a wide range of laboratory tests that aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Their primary responsibility involves conducting analyses on patient samples using varied lab equipment and techniques. They operate and maintain complex laboratory equipment and ensure accurate test results. They assume responsibility for problem resolution across the continuum of testing (pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical). Qualifications: - Associate's Degree Associate of Applied Science (Medical/Clinical Laboratory Technology, Medical/Clinical Laboratory Technician) or related field. Persons in the process of completing a NAACLS-accredited MLT program may be eligible. Required - Medical Laboratory Technician - ASCP Required or - Certification-eligible persons may be considered.
