We’re Glorya, a Berlin-based AI-powered marketing start-up, building Marketing Agents that automate generative performance-marketing. Our platform continually optimises campaigns, boosts results, and learns from every iteration, putting powerful, AI-driven performance marketing within every small business’s reach, at a price that’s a fraction of the norm. - Location : Berlin, in-person only - Potential for equity ownership Aufgaben: - Own the architecture – Design and evolve our Next.js / TypeScript / Postgres stack for scale, reliability, and rapid experimentation. - Ship end-to-end features – From discovery to deployment, translate product ideas into customer-ready functionality. - Integrate Ad-platform APIs – Build & maintain high-throughput connectors (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) that power our autonomous agents. - Collaborate with founders – Work directly with our CTO to turn cutting-edge AI research into production software. - Champion quality & performance – Own technical KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and keep technical debt close to zero.
