ACCS Assistant Team Lead 260002J2 Description The Fall River Adult Community Clinical Services Program (ACCS) is seeking an experience, dedicated, and compassionate individual for the position of Clinical Social Worker functioning as Assistant Team Leader to provide Administrative Leadership and Support to Residential Programs to ensure the safety and care of clients and positive morale to staff assuring adequate staff coverage within the three State Operated Group Homes are met. Please Note : This position is 40 hours per week. The schedule is 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The days off will be Sunday and Saturday. Duties and Responsibilities (these duties and responsibilities are not all inclusive): Provides administrative leadership and support in the Residential Program to ensure the safety and care of clients and positive morale of staff assuring adequate staff coverage within the three State Operated Group Homes are met.
