Description Position Summary: Prepares estimates, processes purchase orders, and manages vendor relationships for HVAC and plumbing services. Requires strong purchasing experience and excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities: Quoting: - Prepare and submit accurate, concise quotes within one business day - Review vendor pricing to ensure best value Purchasing & Vendor Management: - Order and track parts to meet job schedules; confirm next-day availability - Manage POs and communicate updates to technicians - Confirm part requirements and approve substitutions - Create work orders from follow-ups and coordinate internally - Support warehouse planning for upcoming jobs - Monitor market trends and evaluate new vendors Customer Service & Coordination: - Respond to all inquiries same day and provide proactive updates - Escalate service issues and assist with client resolution - Identify, document, and resolve purchasing and vendor issues - Coordinate daily with dispatch and client relationship managers - Support call overflow and maintain a high-quality client experience Requirements: Required Skills: - 1+ year experience in the trade service industry (HVAC or Plumbing preferred)...
