The Davis-Bacon Act Compliance Officer will provide onsite and remote federal program leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES : - Overseeing the compliance of Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) requirements on large construction projects financed by a federal client located across the US - Work with the team responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with DBA prevailing wage requirements - Respond to wage compliance questions and concerns federal agency employees, management, or project contractors and construction workers - Report potential wage violations and conduct investigations, notifying appropriate authorities when necessary - Conduct site visits, field observations, and interviewing construction workers to ensure appropriate classification and pay of workers - Collect and review weekly Certified Payroll Report...
