Course Leader in Health and Social Care (0.8 FTE) £42,771 - £45,750 ( per annum pro rata) We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking individual to further strengthen and expand our Health and Social Care provision, creating clear and effective progression pathways into employment, higher education and apprenticeships. This role will play a central part in responding to both regional and national priorities within the health and care sector, including workforce development, community wellbeing and integrated care services. The Course Leader will lead and develop Health & Social Care programmes at Entry level, Levels 1, 2 and 3, ensuring curriculum relevance across adult social care, community health, safeguarding, mental health awareness, and person-centred practice. Health and Social Care remains a strategic growth area for the service.
