Role Overview: As a Procurement Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting EOS's global service delivery by sourcing pricing, managing vendor relationships, and preparing competitive quotes for various projects. Key Responsibilities: - Source pricing from OEMs and distributors for AV and networking components - Register and manage bids with vendors - Prepare detailed quotes using Sage X3 - Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies - Maintain accurate records of pricing and client communications - Collaborate with Account Management and Finance teams for invoicing - Represent the Procurement team in client meetings Requireme...
