Requisition Number: 224587 Job Description: Cintas is seeking a Production Trainer to train and provide guidance to new hires and existing partners on day-to-day processes in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include ensuring proper development of new hires; continued development of tenured partners; working with supervisors to identify quality and efficiency issues; documenting and enforcing training procedures for the Distribution Center; upholding quality standards; troubleshooting and problem solving issues as necessary; and implementing safety processes and procedures.
