By partnering with us, you’ll break through the barriers of cost, regulation, and technology, resulting in increased loyalty and service of your members in one of the most important times of their lives. Assists with loans in Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, REO and Claims processing. Works with law firms to obtain foreclosure timelines and documents to stay within required guidelines. Coordinates all property preservation with various vendors to ensure property is secured and required preservation is completed to guideline specifics and within allowable costs and time frames. Conveys properties to FHA, FHLMC, FNMA and VA. Works with Tax and Insurance department to ensure all Foreclosure and REO properties are paid accurately. Provide high quality customer service to both internal and external customers. Duties & Responsibilities: - Review customer submitted financial packages and compare them to guidelines established by investors, insurers and management to determine sufficient documentation is received.
