JOB SUMMARY: As a Senior Warehouse Associate, you will serve as a key leader within the warehouse operation, responsible for overseeing aspects of inventory management, order fulfillment, and team performance . Your role will involve process optimization, and mentorship of junior associates to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): - Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive engagement and accountability of junior associates. - Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize inventory accuracy, reduce stock outs, and minimize unnecessary overhead and waste. - Analyze data on warehouse productivity, order accuracy, and inter-departmental satisfaction to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including procurement, logistics , business units and back shops, to ensure alignment of warehouse activities with overall business objectives . - Champion continuous improvement efforts, leveraging lean principles and technology solutions to streamline workflows and eliminate waste. - Conduct audits of records, storage facil...
