This includes, but is not limited to: patient access, scheduling, insurance precertification, referral management, resource utilization, charge capture, service quality, staffing, compliance with accreditation and regulatory agencies (e.g., The Joint Commission), and clinical standards of care. The Practice Supervisor must have an intense commitment to patient and family centered care.
