Job Description: - Plan, coordinate and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of the department. - Oversee the staff schedule 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for dorm coverage. - Conducts weekly walk through and follows up with staff to ensure all discrepancies are addressed. - Report to the Safety Manager and Safety Officer any problems that have been identified in the dormitories area immediately. - Ensures that the center maintains the highest level of data integrity in all reporting of center statistics and metrics. - Control use of equipment and supplies; recommend purchases as needed. - Provides communication for all serious or significant incidents. - Conducts regular staff meetings and employee training sessions. - Provides monthly and weekly activity reports to the Social Development Director. - Provide support and guidance to staff in de...
