What You’ll Own: - Lead all sanitation and production activities on 3rd shift - Set the tone for safety, quality, and accountability across the plant - Drive performance through KPIs (safety, yield, efficiency, and quality) - Coach, develop, and hold your team accountable to high standards - Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, GMP, HACCP, and OSHA standards - Partner cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, HR, and Operations - Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and control costs - Utilize systems like ShopLogix and SafetyChain to manage performance and reporting - Own scheduling, timekeeping,...
