About the Role: Working for an Owner/Developer you will be able to create and lead the E2E commercial project strategy and execute the project commercial governance coordinating both internal teams and external vendors as required to deliver the build to budget. This role is suited to an individual driven by high standards, someone who has a proven record in taking data centers and/or major projects through the full project lifecycle. In addition, you will be able to show understanding and capability of resolving complex issues and have excellent negotiating skills.
