Responsibilities Peraton is hiring a Service Desk/Network Operation Center Lead to support a Federal government customer. This individual would be the lead responsible for the Tier 1 support to a government customer. The candidate’s team is the first point of customer contact for network related operational issues. Typical Tier 1 support includes, but is not limited to, requests related to COTS hardware failures, software failures, application questions, installations, relocations, turn-ins, access rights, hardware/software loaners, network communication failures, new user requirements, temporary computer product check-outs, and other computer related requirements. This position is fully on-site M-F in the Baltimore-Metropolitan area. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience. Bachelor's degree should be in one of the following fields of study: Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
