About the role: In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating warranty and goodwill claims to ensure accurate and timely processing in line with manufacturer standards. You will handle claim submissions and follow-ups, monitor reporting and outstanding payments, and ensure rejected claims are corrected and resubmitted efficiently. The position also involves maintaining detailed documentation, collaborating closely with the parts department regarding warranty-related components, and supporting both customer satisfaction and business profitability through effective warranty administration.
