Caregiver — Senior Living Community Garden City, ID | Full-time & Part-time | Day, Evening, and Overnight (NOC) shifts available Come do work that matters. What you'll do: You'll help residents move through their day with dignity — a warm shower, a favorite breakfast, a hand to hold on the walk to the dining room. Specifically, you'll: - Assist with daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility - Prepare and serve meals from our menus, including modified diets, and help keep the kitchen and dining areas clean - Support residents with medication reminders and assistance - Use proven memory care techniques to gently redirect and engage residents during difficult moments - Lead and join in on activities that bring joy — music, crafts, conversation, laughter - Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming (light housekeeping and laundry) - Document care accurately and communicate clearly with your team What we're looking for: Nice to have (we'll help you...
