Job Title Chief Financial Officer: Synonymous Job Title: CVP, Finance: Location: Dallas: US - Remote with frequent travel to Dallas HQ Overview: Blue Yonder Defense Systems (BYDS), a Blue Yonder company, is a leader in autonomous supply chain planning, digital control towers, and the Digital Supply Chain Network™ supporting mission-critical operations across the defense ecosystem. BYDS is seeking a Chief Financial Officer and strategic partner to the CEO of Blue Yonder Defense Systems. This role will provide executive leadership across financial strategy, government compliance, operational finance, and long-term growth planning within a highly regulated federal contracting environment. The CFO, will lead the financial architecture of BYDS as a Mitigated entity operating under an Affiliated Operations Plan with Blue Yonder, Inc., ensuring financial integrity while enabling business growth and strategic autonomy.
