HR Summer Intern (People Operations) Location: Primarily Remote (Tampa, FL, for occasional training & meetings) Duration: Summer Internship (May–August) Schedule: Monday–Friday, up to 40 hours per week Work Environment: 90% remote / 10% in office (~ 2x per month) Pay: $19-20 per hour This is a hands-on HR internship where you’ll support real work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll join a team of 10 HR Operations associates supporting a company of 10,000 associates. a scale that gives you meaningful, resume-building experience while still working closely with your team and leaders. Summer is our busiest season, and we’re bringing on an intern to help us do what matters most: Process hires quickly and efficiently Support associates through real HR cases Deliver a smooth, high-quality associate experience You’ll be doing real work that directly supports associates across the organization while learning how HR operates at scale.
