Description Description: The Corporate Development Senior Associate is a critical role that will help the executive leadership team perform financial and strategic analysis of potential acquisition & divestiture transactions for Dynasty and play a key role in all transaction phases, including origination, negotiation, structuring, due diligence and execution. The Senior Associate will be a key team member in support of Dynasty’s overall corporate goals and strategy and will work closely with departments across Dynasty to bring an integrated approach to the review of opportunities. These cross functional areas may include the executive team, corporate strategy, finance, legal and technology departments. In addition to evaluating corporate development opportunities, the Senior Associate may be involved in joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
