About the Role: As a Pet At Rest Assistant , you’ll play a meaningful role supporting pet owners during a very personal and emotional time. Working within our compassionate pet cremation service, you’ll help ensure every pet is treated with dignity, care and respect from arrival through to return. You’ll be involved across the full aftercare process from engaging with grieving customers and providing guidance, to managing orders, documentation and day-to-day operations that ensure a seamless experience for families and veterinary partners. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires focus, care and emotional maturity.
