Your Impact: The National Installation Merchant (NIM) owns the national labor category business strategy, financial performance, and operating model for Installed Services. This role is accountable for defining the provider network structure, labor pricing architecture, national capacity targets, and performance standards that enable profitable growth and consistent customer outcomes. The NIM establishes the KPI framework, quality thresholds, and operational standards, and leads systemic program improvements to strengthen provider network performance and scalability. As the national decision authority for provider approval criteria, pricing guardrails, capacity strategy, and program design, the NIM ensures alignment between demand, labor capacity, and margin objectives.
