What You Will Do: Provide professional physical therapy services as prescribed by physicians, following state practice acts and organizational policies. Assess patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and revise care plans as needed. Implement therapeutic and rehabilitative procedures, including manual therapy, exercises, and physical agent modalities. Educate patients and caregivers on therapy programs and home exercises.
