SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking a Talent Operations Partner who will be responsible for owning and executing centralized resource management and people operations activities for the business. This role enables operational leaders to focus on business execution and strategic leadership by providing workforce planning, resource insights, and coordinated people processes that align operational demand with talent supply. RESPONSIBILITIES: Resource Management & Workforce Planning: Fully own day to day resource management operations, including workforce forecasting, data audits, and resource allocation processes. Maintain continuous alignment between operational needs and workforce plans to support project health and long term business objectives. Provide leaders with a clear, consolidated view of resource capacity, risks, and recommendations. Strategic Talent Insights & Analysis: Deliver insightful analysis, trends, and workforce data that enable leaders to make proactive, well informed staffing decisions.
