JOB DESCRIPTION: ABOUT THE ROLE: The Senior Facilities Engineer will oversee and conduct preventative maintenance, monitor the operations of the building including but not limited to; adjustments to the HVAC, electrical, BMS, FLS and water purification systems. Will maintain chilled water and HVAC equipment as well as other mechanical and electrical equipment. The Senior Facilities Engineer works under the direction of the Manager, Facilities Engineering.
