Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role. - Ability to communicate in English and Lithuanian or Latvian fluently to engage with clients in the region. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in customer growth by delivering quality customer sales and achieving customer business and marketing goals. - Experience in stakeholder management, building relationships with end customers or agencies. - Experience in meeting quarterly business and product growth goals. - Experience in pitching and consulting customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
