We are seeking a full-time Investigation Specialist to join our Quality Compliance Organization (QCO) team in Philadelphia, PA . This is a hybrid position. Travel to programs in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties is required. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM with some flexibility required, plus weekend on call rotation. Earn $25.64-26.66/hour: Position Summary: The Investigation Specialist conducts thorough reviews and investigations of incidents across Merakey programs to protect the safety, rights, and well - being of individuals served. This role helps reduce organizational risk by ensuring timely, compliant, and accurate investigations that support Merakey ’ s commitment to quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
