Their primary responsibility is to collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and leadership to recruit students and ensure successful completion of GTEC programming. The Recruitment and Retention Specialistwill be responsible for supporting enrollment for both The Academy and The Excel Center. In addition to the student LOA, the Recruitment and Retention Specialist is responsible for the cultivation and maintenance of business relationships that support GTEC programs and their students.
