Overview: The Modern Workplace & Cloud Operations Administrator is a Tier 3 operational role responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of Microsoft 365, Intune-managed endpoints, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and hybrid Active Directory/Entra ID identity services. This role also owns Microsoft 365 backup administration and routine AD/GPO updates and serves as the primary liaison with the managed services provider (MSP) for Azure servers, SQL workloads, and virtualization platforms.
